Description
The premium residential complex Hide, under construction near Vorobyovskaya Embankment at 1st Setunsky Proezd, 6-10, is preparing to become a new architectural accent of Moscow. The construction of the Hide residential complex began in October 2020. At the moment, the residential complex is in the final stage of construction, and its commissioning is planned for the 2nd quarter of 2024. The names of the towers reflect the unique features of each of them and the views from the windows. The developer of the project is MR Group, a well-known company on the Moscow market, which has many successfully implemented premium housing projects in its portfolio.
The main idea laid down by the developer in the Hide residential complex project is to create not only premium housing in an ecologically clean area of Moscow with convenient transportation links and developed infrastructure, but also to form the complex’s complete self-sufficiency. Each tower provides spacious apartments with panoramic views of Moscow, places for remote work, sports, meetings and outdoor recreation.
The implementation of the project required the participation of many companies. Among them were Dominanta, responsible for the implementation of a set of works on the implementation of the investment and development project; the architectural studio "Architectural Dialogue with the Metropolis" (AdM), which developed the architectural solutions and the concept for the improvement of the territory; international studios S+S and Oleg Klodt's Architecture & Design bureau, which created the design of the central lobby, entrance groups and public spaces; as well as Leyla Upukhanli's bureau, which developed the design of the interior spaces.
Construction Features
The Hide complex is designed in compliance with the classic principles of separating public and private spaces, with premium level and fashion trends being followed in every feature. According to the architects, the center of the residential quarter should be an administrative and commercial building. To implement this idea, they highlighted it with a colonnade and gave it original features, and also turned it into the "entrance gate of the complex." It is the commercial and administrative building that will unite the 2 residential skyscrapers, but it will also house the central lobby of the Hide residential complex, as well as a passage to the internal territory of the complex, closed to outsiders.At the same time, non-standard approaches were used to design the lobby. It will have a coffered ceiling, which will have classic outlines, but at the same time will be made of modern materials with embedded and invisible to the eye lamps.
The fashionable and dynamic ventilated facades of the towers will definitely attract attention with their unusualness. And the colors chosen for their design will further enhance this effect. For this purpose, pleasant metallic shades are used: anthracite, brass and silver. This ensures a beautiful play of light on the original facades of the Hide complex.
One of the features of the Hide residential complex is the breathtaking views of Moscow, and in particular the City towers, the bend of the Moscow River, the Novodevichy Convent, Luzhniki, Moscow State University, and Vorobyovy Gory, which open up through panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows installed both in apartments and in public spaces. At the same time, 85% of all apartments in the complex have views, which not every residential complex currently under construction or recently commissioned can boast of.
The presence of panoramic windows also provides excellent natural lighting, which has a positive effect on people's health and mood. And to ensure the highest possible comfort of living in the apartments of the complex, the developer glazed the windows with rotary and tilt-and-turn mechanisms with energy-efficient 2-chamber double-glazed windows. They are framed in aluminum Schuco profiles. The developer will also install built-in floor convectors. This solution made it possible to make the interiors light and unencumbered by unsightly radiators.
During the construction of the Hide residential complex, advanced engineering solutions are used to ensure the comfort and safety of residents. Thus, the towers will be equipped with:

- a video surveillance system for the entire territory of the complex with full coverage of entrance areas and a mobile application for surveillance;

- security service with the ability to call via remote control at any time of the day.
The ceiling height in the apartments of the complex will be 3.5 meters, and in the penthouses – 5.2 meters.

The premium residential complex Hide, located near Vorobyovskaya Embankment on 1st Setunsky Proezd, 6-10, is currently at the facade finishing stage. The complex consists of three 41-story towers — WestDale, Parklane and RiverSide, which house 837 apartments with a variety of layouts: from 32 to 190 sq. m., including 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments, as well as penthouses with a view on the top floors. - Entrance door with a metal panel 1.2 mm thick;
- Suspended ceilings from Knauf or Saint Gobain.
This approach allows new residents to save time and money on finishing and immediately begin creating a unique interior for their home.
At the same time, each tower will have its own well-appointed public spaces, the creation of which will implement the Life Space concept. Therefore, their residents will not even have to leave the building to conduct an individual or group workout, hold a business meeting, etc. Each building will have:

- terrace with picnic area;
- negotiation rooms;
- fitness room with showers and spa;
