LCD Level Prichalny

The Level Prichalny residential complex is one of the latest among the launched development projects on the Shelepikhinskaya Embankment. It is located in one of the most environmentally friendly areas of Khoroshevo-Mnevniki on Prichalny Avenue, 8 on the very border with the center of Moscow and amazes with its scope. This grand business-class complex will consist of 4 buildings with a different number of sections: North, East, South and West. They will be located in the form of a trapezoid, inside which there will be a picturesque courtyard with many areas for comfortable rest and work.

History of construction

Initially, the site on which the Level Prichalny residential complex is being built was given to the Inspire company. Its plans included the construction of the Kandinsky Bauhaus residential complex. Its project was developed by the UNK Project bureau and in 2017 it was approved by the Moscow Architectural Council. However, work on the site was never started, and the site itself became the property of Level Group two years later.
The Level Prichalny residential complex is a complex of 4 buildings, the construction of which is being carried out by Level Group. The construction of the first building began in September 2020. At the moment, the East and South buildings have already been commissioned, providing residents with high-quality housing and comfortable living conditions. The North and West buildings are in the final stages of construction and are planned to be completed in the 2nd quarter of 2024.

The Level Group company, which is the developer of the project, is known as a small but reliable developer, successfully implementing not only the Level Prichalny residential complex, but also several other projects. It is important to note that the company has not been noticed in freezing construction during its work, emphasizing its responsibility and reliability to clients.
In addition to a large number of apartments, offices and retail spaces, the complex will feature the first real lifeworking space in the Russian capital – a comfortable coworking space designed exclusively for the residents of the complex. The complex's extraordinary architecture was developed by the Ostozhenka architectural bureau. At the same time, the specialists took into account the existing development of the area, which will allow the Level Prichalny residential complex to harmoniously fit into the surrounding environment. BergerBureau was engaged in the development of the interiors of public spaces and apartments.

Construction Features

The Level Prichalny residential complex will be built in 2 stages and will also be gradually put into operation. In general, it is formed by 4 buildings of different heights. These will be buildings with strict multi-level geometry and section heights from 6 to 33 floors.
The complex is being built using monolithic technology, and materials with different textures will be used to decorate the facades: the lower part of the buildings will be lined with brick-like tiles with a gradient from light at the bottom to dark at the top and diagonally. The upper part of the buildings is smaller than the lower part, and the characteristic glazing and color scheme of the facade create the effect
that it merges with the sky. This provided the area for organizing patios and terraces.
The Level Prichalny residential complex will have not only traditional windows, but also panoramic and bay windows. The buildings will be located in such a way that the maximum number of apartments will have luxurious views from their windows. They will overlook the Moscow City skyscrapers or the river, and the upper floors will have a good view of the Ukraine Hotel, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Moscow State University, etc.
The lobbies of each building will be spacious and have high ceilings, which will be 4-4.5 m. At the same time, they will be decorated in subdued colors, have strict lines and be filled with natural light. The boho style was chosen for their design, as well as unique art objects. In addition to the reception desk, the lobby will have a waiting area. From each of them you can go out into the courtyard, and upon returning home, you can use the paw wash directly in the lobby. Some buildings have through exits. Guest toilets will also be located in the lobbies of all buildings.
In the Level Prichalny residential complex, two types of elevators will be installed: passenger and service. The latter are designed to lift building materials, large household appliances and furniture, which will keep the passenger elevators in perfect condition for many years.
The courtyard, like the complex itself, is under 24-hour security. At the same time, outsiders will not be able to interfere with the rest and work of residents, since entry to the territory is possible only with a special key.

· will distribute electrical wiring throughout the apartment, install mounting boxes for sockets and switches, and run electrical cables under lighting fixtures under the ceiling in an open manner;
· installs an electrical panel with a full set of protective devices;
· install a single master switch at the entrance to the apartment;
· install an entrance metal door, interior doors (bathroom and toilet doors are not included in this number);
· will make a screed in the entire apartment, with the exception of bathrooms;
· will waterproof the floor in the bathroom.

public space with a natural height difference of up to 3 meters. The developer plans to create a multifunctional pedestrian bridge on this territory, the length of which will be 90 meters, as well as comfortable areas for a wide variety of recreation for residents of all ages.
It is not for nothing that this bridge is called multifunctional. It will divide the lower terrace into zones, you can leisurely stroll along it, and if necessary, hide under it from the rain and bad weather in cozy hammocks and swings. The city authorities plan to reconstruct and improve the area. One of the first to be affected is the Shelepikhinskaya Embankment. It is planned not only to improve it, but also to create a two-level linear park on it, which will start right at Prichalny Proezd and continue to the Belorussky Bridge. It will be equipped with children's areas, sports grounds, bike paths, food courts, and an open-air cinema.
It is also planned to build a new automobile bridge between Shelepikhinskaya Embankment and the Fili district.
