VESMIR offers two main virtual cards: VESMIR.ONLINE for international online services and VESMIR.TRAVEL for payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card balances are maintained in U.S. dollars, and top-ups are available via SBP and USDT.

VESMIR rates effective October 15, 2026:

  • VESMIR.ONLINE – 790 ₽;
  • with an optional VESMIR PRO subscription, the ONLINE card costs 390 ₽;
  • VESMIR.TRAVEL - 2,490 ₽ per issue;
  • service fee—0 ₽;
  • Fee for a declined transaction: 0 ₽.

VESMIR.ONLINE is designed for payments using bank details on international services and online stores. It does not support Apple Pay or Google Pay. The minimum top-up amount is 500 ₽ via SBP or 15 USDT. The service does not charge a separate top-up fee, but the exchange rate differs from the official currency rate. The amount credited in USD is displayed until the payment is confirmed.

VESMIR.TRAVEL is designed for making payments with your phone while abroad. It supports Apple Pay and Google Pay and can be used in apps, stores, and cafes in countries where the card is accepted. Travel does not work in Russia or a number of other countries. Purchases may be subject to fees charged by the issuing bank, which should be displayed before the transaction is processed.

Additional issuer fees apply to the Travel card: 1% for merchants located outside the issuer’s country, 0.30 USD for payments up to 50 USD, and 0.2% for payments made via Apple Pay or Google Pay. Refunds from the general balance are subject to a 3% fee, with a minimum of 100 ₽.

The optional VESMIR PRO subscription costs 699 ₽ per month, 1,799 ₽ for 3 months, or 5,990 ₽ per year. It is not required to use the card. The subscription reduces the cost of issuing the ONLINE card, increases the allowed number of cards, and provides additional features. If you have only one card and make infrequent purchases, a monthly subscription usually increases your total expenses, despite the discount on the card issuance fee.

Key features of VESMIR:

  • fixed issuance fee;
  • zero service fee;
  • no service fee for declined transactions;
  • top-ups via SBP and USDT;
  • a separate card for mobile wallets;
  • exchange rate visible until the top-up is confirmed.

For ONLINE, the service recommends selecting a card intended for a specific purpose. This is because different international platforms may have varying policies regarding the BIN, country of issue, and repeat charges. Before issuing a card, it’s best to check the relevant service through the VESMIR catalog.

If you need a card for regular subscriptions, the ONLINE option is cheaper and doesn’t charge extra for mobile wallets. The Travel option is more expensive but includes Apple Pay and Google Pay. For travel, this is a key difference. For regular subscriptions, the absence of a fee for declined transactions is also important: a retry of a charge when there are insufficient funds should not, in and of itself, incur a separate service fee. However, the rules of a specific merchant and the issuing bank remain independent and are subject to change.

Editor’s Opinion

VESMIR offers a virtual card for payments via bank details and a Travel card with Apple Pay and Google Pay. The service itself does not charge fees for maintenance or declined transactions. To compare the total cost, you need to factor in the exchange rate for converting rubles or USDT to a dollar balance, as well as the issuing bank’s fees for the Travel plan. A PRO subscription may be useful for those who issue multiple cards or regularly use additional features, but it isn’t always justified for just one inexpensive card. For travel, Travel is more convenient than ONLINE, since the latter does not support Apple Pay or Google Pay. It’s important to distinguish between the VESMIR fee and the Travel issuer’s deduction on successful payments. For a card valid for several years, these costs can exceed the one-time issuance fee.
