Pho Street, located on the fourth floor of Afimall, transports guests to a Vietnamese street food experience: here, it's crucial that the dish arrives in your hands as quickly as at a Hanoi market, while still retaining its flavor and aroma. The cuisine is built on the principle of harmony—a combination of lightning-fast service, high-quality ingredients, and authentic spices, while keeping prices at the level of affordable fast food. The founders ensured that there are no random items on the menu: each recipe is honed down to the finest detail, and the broths are simmered for several hours, in keeping with Vietnamese tradition.
The selection is a delightful journey: signature beef pho bo soup, tom yum with seafood, fried mi sao bo noodles, crispy spring rolls, rice paper rolls with shrimp and mango, and other appetizers. Coming soon are duck dishes, classic banh mi sandwiches with pâté, and exotic Vietnamese desserts. Hot sauces are served separately, allowing you to customize your taste. Be sure to ask for herbs and lime—they enhance the flavor.
The attention to guests is evident in the details: there's a rewards program for regular customers, and you can order lunch through a mobile app to skip the line. The bright, minimalist interior with wooden tables and bright posters evokes the kitchen of an open market, and the open serving line allows you to watch the chefs at work.
