The Aist restaurant, located in the historical center of Moscow, opened in 2006, taking the place of the legendary ice cream parlor, which had been delighting visitors since the 1950s. The new building, constructed exactly within the boundaries of the old one, is a three-story building with modern architectural solutions. During the six-month reconstruction, the restaurant underwent radical changes in both the interior design and the culinary concept.
Chef Mirko Zago is responsible for culinary innovations at Aist. He presented an updated menu, which, despite its brevity, includes a wide range of dishes: from traditional soups to exquisite meat and fish delicacies. Special attention is paid to the rolls and poke section, which reflects the establishment's desire to follow culinary trends. For those with a sweet tooth, there are more than twenty dessert options, each of which can surprise visitors with its taste and design.
One of the unique features of the Aist restaurant is the introduction of its own coffee roasting practice right on the premises of the establishment. A special coffee roaster is installed in the center of the hall, which allows guests to observe the process of making fresh coffee. Each batch of coffee beans is carefully selected and accompanied by a quality certificate, which guarantees the high standard of each cup served in the restaurant.
Thus, Aist not only preserves culinary traditions, but also brings fresh accents to the restaurant business of Moscow, offering visitors an exceptional combination of history, modern comfort and gastronomic mastery.
