MODUS Restaurant is a contemporary dining destination with a solid reputation and a well-defined concept. For five consecutive years, the restaurant has been ranked among the best establishments by the national Where to Eat award, including a spot in the top 100 restaurants in Russia in 2025. This consistency reflects the team’s systematic approach, quality control, and attention to detail at every level.
MODUS is suitable for business meetings, private events, and gatherings of various scales. The venue is regularly used for intimate weddings, anniversaries, and corporate events, and has been recognized by industry-specific event rankings, including the list of “Russia’s 100 Best Venues.” The space adapts to the specific needs of each event: from small gatherings to comprehensive events with custom scenarios. The team takes all key parameters into account—format, number of guests, presentation details, and timing.

Cuisine, Bar, and Wine List
MODUS’s cuisine is built on a combination of classic gastronomic foundations and a signature approach. The menu emphasizes the quality of ingredients, balanced flavors, and meticulous presentation. Seasonal ingredients are used, and the menu is regularly updated, which helps maintain the interest of regular guests and keep pace with current culinary trends.
Brand Chef Andrey Zhdanov oversees the culinary direction. His experience includes working on renowned projects and participating in industry awards, as well as recognition among the best chefs in Moscow and Russia. The approach is based on a structured menu, logical pairings, and consistent quality of execution.
The bar menu was developed under the guidance of Denis Millionov. It features signature cocktails with an emphasis on original combinations and presentation, as well as classic drinks reinterpreted by the team. Non-alcoholic options are also available.
The wine list is designed to cater to a range of preferences and includes:

- New World selections, including California wines
