The format combines a khinkalnaya and a full-service restaurant, serving several types of khinkali, khachapuri, baked and grilled dishes, soups, and cold appetizers. The interior features a calm palette and minimalist furniture; seating is available for short breaks and longer lunches.
The menu is built around key Georgian dishes. Khinkali is prepared with a variety of fillings; the section is complemented by khachapuri (imeruli, megruli, adjaruli), shashlik/mtsvadi, open-fire dishes, lobio, pkhali, and seasonal salads with nut sauces. The main courses feature juicy meat and vegetable dishes, while the soups feature hearty options typical of the region's cuisine. Beverages include homemade lemonades, tea, and a coffee menu; a wine list is also available. Service options include dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
The project's concept follows the idea of "authenticity with a modern twist": based on traditional Georgian spices and herbs, controlled raw materials, and standardized processes, while allowing for modern interpretations (for example, creative variations on khinkali). This allows for the combination of recognizable flavors with new combinations without deviating from the basic technology.
The Afimall location offers the convenience of a shopping center: family-friendly spaces (including a children's corner), pre-ordering and cashless payment options, including QR codes, and standard operating hours with extended weekend hours. Guests can enjoy basic services such as reservations, takeout, and delivery.
