Sticks (Sushi & Wine Bar) is a family-friendly Japanese restaurant on the fifth floor of Afimall, combining traditional Eastern cuisine with the comfort of a modern bar. The establishment is ideal for relaxed lunches and dinners, business meetings, and family gatherings. The interior is dominated by light colors, comfortable, bright chairs, and simple décor, creating a cozy atmosphere; a separate smokehouse imparts a distinctive aroma to the dishes. Guests appreciate the attentive service and the ability to reserve a table in advance.
Sticks' cuisine is built on the principle of "from classics to signature ideas." The sushi and sashimi section features salmon, tuna, eel, scallops, and shrimp; rolls come in classic, warm, and signature varieties, including those with crab mix, avocado, mango, cheese, and signature sauces. Those seeking a more substantial meal can choose from shrimp gyoza, chicken teriyaki, spicy karaage wings, baked salmon, or shrimp in chili sauce. The soup menu includes miso and rice broth with salmon, spicy tom yum, and duck breast ramen. For variety, poke bowls, crispy eggplant salads, Ika Sarada salad with grilled squid, Kani and Caesar salads with shrimp or chicken, chuka with nut sauce, and salmon ceviche are also available. The "Kebab" section features mini kebabs of salmon, scallop, shrimp, and chicken, while the wok section offers rice or udon noodles with chicken, beef, or shrimp; glass noodles with broccoli; Singapore noodles; or wok-style duck. Desserts include cottage cheese donuts with caramel, chocolate roll with banana and raspberry sauce, matcha tiramisu, Basque cheesecake, honey cake, apple tart, and gelato.
The bar menu features a wide selection of wines, sake, cocktails, tea, coffee, fresh lemonades, milkshakes, and soft drinks. Draft beer and fruit teas are also available.
