The recently opened Klevo restaurant at Usachevsky Market offers guests a menu developed by the talented chef Zakhar Ivanchenko, who is also responsible for cooking at other establishments in this chain. The menu includes popular dishes from the main restaurant on Petrovka, so visitors can enjoy tried and tested tastes.
"Klevo" serves a variety of fish and seafood dishes brought from the Black Sea coast. The menu combines simple home cooking and exquisite delicacies. Here you can try original sandwiches, forshmak from herring or cod, tender fish cutlets, as well as homemade pelmeni made from three types of fish.
The culinary variety is complemented by hot dishes in a frying pan with scallops, mussels, langoustines, shrimps and crabs. The restaurant also offers a wide selection of seafood delicacies: oysters, sea bass fillet, salmon, sterlet and exotic turbot fish. For those with a sweet tooth, Klevo has an extensive dessert menu, and wine lovers will be offered a magnificent selection of drinks. Opened in 2021, the restaurant has already won the hearts of many gourmets.
