Vladimir Perelman and Dmitry Blinov, two famous restaurateurs, have joined forces to create a new restaurant called Sage. This name was not chosen by chance: in English, the word "sage" has two meanings - "sage" and "sage", and both of these meanings perfectly reflect the philosophy of the establishment.
