I can say that I got both gastronomic and aesthetic pleasure. Yes, it is quite expensive, but it is worth it. I want to note the wide variety of wines and of course the crab ravioli, this is something that everyone should try. The restaurant has a pleasant and calm atmosphere.
I have been to this restaurant many times and every time I am amazed that it can be so different, all the halls evoke a special atmosphere, the hall on the first floor offers privacy, the second floor gives the opportunity to enjoy food in a cozy atmosphere, and the garden gives the opportunity to observe nature as it is, enjoying a cup of coffee in the fresh air.
A very interesting restaurant that tries to please its customers with the most unusual dishes. I really enjoyed being here.
Before dinner we had an impressive tour of the laboratories and fermentation rooms of the restaurant. I had the opportunity to follow the preparation of dishes in the form of an open kitchen, Chef's Table, where I saw the efforts of the cooks, but did not understand the necessity of all the combinations of products, the impressions of the process are indescribable.
The restaurant's interior is well organized, the prices for the dishes are quite reasonable, the staff pays attention to detail and informs visitors about all the processes that their dishes will go through.
