At the Karlson Restaurant on Novokuznetskaya, guests are greeted by a spacious main hall that can accommodate up to 120 people. In the summer, a cozy green veranda with comfortable sofas is also available to visitors, accommodating up to 200 guests. On weekdays until 16:00, an exclusive menu from the chef is offered, perfect for lunch, and a 20% discount is provided on the main menu and drinks, excluding special offers and promotional items.
The restaurant pays special attention to the use of local products, including Russian marbled beef, freshly caught fish and poultry from farms. The pride of the kitchen is the eco-grill on wood, located in the center of the open kitchen, where a variety of meat and fish dishes are cooked over the fire. Simmering and smoking methods are also available.
The wide selection of wines at the Carlson restaurant under the control of head sommelier Konstantin Zubkov includes the best samples from the world's leading wine regions, with an emphasis on Russian wines. Our experienced sommeliers are always ready to help you choose the perfect wine for any event. The bar offers more than 80 different cocktails, ranging from traditional classic drinks to exclusive signature creations by head bartender Alexey Kharchenko. Every Friday and Saturday evening, starting at 20:00, the Carlson restaurant hosts exciting DJ sets presented by our talented residents.

On April 20th this year we celebrated my brother's wife's birthday at the famous Carlson restaurant. Everything started off great: the service was impeccable, the cooking was top notch, and the soft background music added to the comfort. Unfortunately, the end of the evening was marred by an unpleasant incident. When we left, we discovered that we had lost our cloakroom number. Asking for help resulted in a rude demand from the employee to pay 1,000 rubles to return the items or restore the number. This behavior shocked us, and we called the waiter to resolve the issue with the manager. When the restaurant managers, a man and a young woman, approached us, they did not introduce themselves. During the conversation, it turned out that the fine for a lost number was 500 rubles, which was half of what the cloakroom attendant demanded. No one could explain the reason for such a difference. We spent about forty minutes at the cloakroom waiting for my coat to be returned, in the company of elderly relatives and a child. It is unclear why the staff treated guests who left a significant amount of money in the restaurant with such disrespect. The next morning, my husband called the restaurant to clarify the situation, but never received a response from management.
