Loona is a unique establishment in the heart of Moscow, the culmination of the creative efforts of Anton Pinsky, Artem Losev and Vitaly Istomin. This restaurant is the embodiment of home-style Italian cooking, where every aspect touches on the roots of tradition and modern culinary trends.
The inspiration for the name and concept of Loona came from the magnificent Loona wood-fired oven, custom-made by the family-owned manufactory. This oven, adorned with a hand wheel, not only defined the atmosphere of the place, but also highlighted the unique approach to cooking.
The Loona restaurant, located in a spacious two-story building, offers guests to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of Italian classics, reinterpreted through the prism of modernity. Particular attention is paid to the quality of ingredients: they use Parmigiano Reggiano cheese aged for many months, various types and grinds of Caputo flour, organic eggs, cold-pressed Lorenzo olive oil and Nocellara del Belice olives from Sicily.
Every day, Loona prepares dishes from the fresh catch of the day, which can be grilled, salt-baked, steamed or cooked in a wood-fired oven. This place is ideal for both lovers of traditional pizza and pasta, as well as for those who prefer more sophisticated dishes.
