Description

Planning solutions
The internal column grid of 8 x 8 m and the absence of load-bearing walls inside the floors allow for any formats to be implemented: open space, cabinet structure or mixed scheme. The base floor is divided into four corner blocks, which makes it possible to rent an office from 250 m² or buy an entire floor for a corporate headquarters. The high load-bearing capacity of the floors (up to 600 kg/m²) and the ability to lay wet zones anywhere make the premises suitable even for laboratories or showrooms. The corridor-cabinet layout option is available in shell&core, and Tekta Serviced Offices' own team is ready to perform a "turn-key" fit-out with a guaranteed period of up to 90 days.
