Description

The INDY Towers residential complex is a new business-class residential complex consisting of five skyscrapers, being built by the Aquilon Group in Moscow's prestigious Khoroshevsky district. The project boasts a unique atmosphere: the complex's concept is inspired by the philosophy of Asian resorts—creating an oasis of tranquility and relaxation amidst the metropolis. Ostozhenka Architects designed the towers so residents feel like they're at a tropical resort without leaving the city. INDY Towers is part of the large-scale "Big City" development project—a program to transform Moscow's former industrial zones into a modern, comfortable neighborhood with well-developed infrastructure. The complex is surrounded by parks and sports facilities, creating a harmonious blend of urban life and nature. This combination makes INDY Towers attractive to buyers who value comfort, style, and proximity to nature.

About the developer

The project's developer is the Aquilon Group of Companies, a national developer operating in the real estate market since 2003. The company is among the largest construction firms in Russia (TOP-20) and has established itself as a reliable developer, having promptly completed over 200 residential and commercial real estate projects with a total area of over 2 million square meters. Aquilon operates in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and several other regions, implementing innovative technologies and energy-saving solutions in construction. The developer has won industry awards and holds the Gold Badge of "Reliable Developer of Russia" (a multiple winner from 2014 to 2024). Aquilon Group's reputation and extensive construction experience ensure buyers' confidence in the INDY Towers project.

Location and transport accessibility

The INDY Towers residential complex is being built in Moscow's Northern Administrative District, in the Khoroshevsky District, on Kuusinen Street. It's just a couple of minutes' walk from the cozy green space of Berezovaya Roshcha Park, and the Zorge Moscow Central Circle (MCC) station is just a three-minute walk away, providing excellent public transportation access. This proximity to nature is a rare asset for a new development in the capital: the complex is surrounded by approximately 150 hectares of parks and squares for strolling and sports, including Khodynskoye Pole Park and other green spaces. The location also boasts excellent public transportation access. Several metro stations are within walking distance: Oktyabrskoye Pole (~20 minutes), Khoroshevskaya (BKL), and Sokol (~22 minutes). Thanks to the proximity of the MCC station, residents can quickly reach various parts of the city. Drivers will appreciate the access to major highways: the Third Ring Road is about a seven-minute drive away. The Big City area is rapidly developing – along with new residential complexes, roads, interchanges, and public spaces are appearing, making life even more convenient.

The area's ecological conditions are favorable for the city: although there have historically been industrial zones and some industrial enterprises nearby, their impact is offset by the abundance of greenery. Near the complex are Berezovaya Roshcha Park and other large green spaces (Timiryazevsky Park, Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo, and Moskvoretsky Nature Park). Thus, INDY Towers residents will have access to clean air and natural recreation areas while remaining within the city limits.

Architecture of the residential complex

The architectural concept of INDY Towers combines a modern, dynamic aesthetic with elements of resort style. The complex consists of five towers of varying heights (ranging from 23 to 55 stories), united by a common stylobate. The buildings are being constructed using monolithic technology and form a closed, block-like space. Thanks to the design by Ostozhenka, the towers' facades will have a unique appearance: the finishes utilize natural shades and textures, creating a sense of closeness to nature. The top floors of some towers are planned to be dedicated to penthouses with panoramic views of Moscow.

The stylobate will house entrance areas and commercial spaces, and the towers themselves will be connected not only by above-ground promenades but also by an underground gallery, allowing free movement between the buildings at any time of year. The complex will feature a spacious two-level underground parking garage for 640 cars, with electric vehicle charging stations, a car wash, and security systems. Access to the parking garage is provided by an automatic license plate recognition system, and access to your car is via an elevator directly from your floor.

Particular attention has been paid to landscaping. INDY Towers will feature an enclosed courtyard garden. It will feature themed recreation areas: the "Garden of Blooming Seasons" with exotic plants and songbirds in a dedicated pavilion; the "Water Garden" with decorative ponds and fountains; and the "Garden of Games"—a spacious children's playground separated by a green hedge. This separation allows for the creation of private spaces for different types of recreation—family, active, or meditative. The courtyard's landscape design includes ponds, walking paths, sheltered seating areas, swings, and play elements. This will make the complex's courtyard a focal point for residents, continuing the "urban resort" philosophy, offering the opportunity to relax without leaving home.

Apartment layouts and types

The first phase of INDY Towers includes three towers (Buildings A, B, and C), scheduled for completion in Q4 2026. They feature 959 apartments of various formats, from compact studios of approximately 20 square meters to spacious three-bedroom apartments and exclusive penthouses. Both classic floor plans and European-style layouts (with a combined kitchen-living room) are available, allowing buyers to choose the perfect option to suit their lifestyle. Ceiling heights in the apartments range from 3.0 to 3.5 meters, enhancing the sense of space and allowing for innovative design solutions.

INDY Towers utilizes modern finishing standards. Buyers are offered apartments with varying levels of completion: fully finished, white-boxed, or unfinished. This allows for immediate move-in or customized renovations. All layouts have been meticulously designed: even compact studios feature niches for closets, while larger apartments feature master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, additional storage areas, and more. Panoramic glazing allows some apartments to boast impressive city views. The utility systems also meet high-end standards: each apartment can be equipped with a smart home system for climate control, lighting, and home security. The variety of layouts and high-quality finishes make INDY Towers attractive to families with varying sizes and space requirements.

Internal infrastructure

  • On-site shops and cafes – the complex's stylobate will house a grocery supermarket, convenience stores, and cozy cafes, including signature Asian street food, allowing residents to shop for essentials and enjoy a pleasant stay without having to venture far from home. The selection will also include rare, exotic items that are difficult to find in traditional stores.

  • A spa and wellness area – for complete relaxation, the complex will feature a Thai spa with professional therapists. Here, you can enjoy wellness treatments, massages, and beauty programs that meet the standards of Asia's finest resorts. A separate wellness center will also be located for rejuvenation and relaxation.

  • Fitness and Yoga – INDY Towers residents can stay in top shape thanks to a modern gym equipped with a variety of exercise machines and sports equipment. For those who prefer a more relaxed approach, a spacious yoga room offers the perfect place to unwind and enjoy meditation or stretching.

  • Community space – a dedicated community lounge for residents has been designed in one of the towers (D1). This stylish space in the lobby offers a place to meet neighbors, wait for taxis or guests, work in privacy, or simply enjoy a change of scenery without leaving the complex. Comfortable furniture and Wi-Fi will make this space popular with residents of all generations.

  • Kindergarten and Club – The on-site infrastructure is also geared toward the little ones. The complex will open its own 125-seat kindergarten, which will prioritize residents' children. Additionally, the Akvilon Kids children's club has been established, offering free creative activities, games, and learning opportunities for young residents at their convenience. Holidays, workshops, and clubs within the building will be a major plus for families with children.

  • Underground parking and heated indoor heating – all INDY Towers share a common basement level, allowing residents to access neighboring buildings or the shopping arcade without going outside. The two-level underground parking garage, which accommodates 640 cars, includes spaces for electric vehicles with charging stations, a car wash, and storage rooms for seasonal items. The parking garage is accessible by elevator directly from each tower, and the elevated courtyard area makes it car-free and safe for strolling.

INDY Towers is a promising choice for those dreaming of a peaceful and comfortable life in the metropolis. The complex combines the advantages of urban infrastructure with the atmosphere of a secluded resort. Its location in the "Big City" district guarantees future property value growth, and the extensive internal infrastructure will satisfy the needs of even the most discerning residents. A reliable developer and thoughtful design ensure investment security and high-quality execution. INDY Towers will become more than just a home, but a space for harmonious living, where every day is filled with comfort, inspiration, and tranquility.
