We invite you to an exclusive evening on February 15 at the TUTTO BENE restaurant, where a collection of selected wines from the south of the Krasnodar region will be presented, revealing the tastes of a unique terroir.
The event organizers, the TUTTO BENE restaurant in collaboration with the Usadba Divnomorskoye winery, have prepared an evening filled with premium European-level wines. You will be presented with a wine program from the chief winemaker Matteo Coletti, who will personally tell you about each wine.
During the evening, guests will enjoy six wines, each of which will be accompanied by a unique gastronomic pairing:
- Blanc de Noirs Brut' 2014 is served with exotic Mediterranean oyster.
- East Hill Blend' 2021 is paired with delicate scallop carpaccio, complemented by apple sauce and dehydrated raspberries.
- Exclusive tasting of secret wine.
- Rosé' 2022 is ideal with tuna tataki seasoned with teriyaki and crispy vegetables.
- Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 will be served with aromatic country-style braised kid.
- Muscat' 2017 limited edition will complete the dinner, served with refreshing lime and raspberry sorbet and fresh berries.
Guests will be arriving at 19:00, dinner will start at 19:30. The ticket price per person is 7500₽. Advance reservation is required.
