MANUL is a space where culinary mastery meets authentic traditions of the peoples of Siberia. Here, every guest can discover the richness of the original cuisine and immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the northern region, imbued with traditions, history and natural inspiration.
The restaurant's menu is based on recipes collected during expeditions to Khakassia, Tuva, Altai and Yenisei Krai. Each dish tells the story of the region, emphasizing its cultural heritage.
Culinary concept
MANUL uses exclusively local products from Siberia, turning them into real gastronomic masterpieces. The menu includes:
- Fish delicacies: muksun, chir, Turukhan omul, smoked nelma.
- Meat specialties: venison stroganina, Khakass beef, horse meat dumplings.
- Authentic dishes: Tuvan sogazha (cooked liver), khuzhuur pies, fish soup made according to Old Believer recipes.
- Garnishes and sauces based on wild garlic, pine nuts and other Siberian ingredients.
The bar menu complements the culinary journey, offering signature cocktails with Siberian accents.
Interior inspired by nature
The restaurant's design, developed by Natalia Belonogova, conveys the atmosphere of Siberia through elements suggested by nature itself.
- Wood and fur: wooden furniture with elements of skins and natural fabrics.
- Water surface: mirrored glass partitions and a black ceiling with reflective surfaces create the effect of calm Siberian lakes.
- Coziness and warmth: a warm color palette and natural materials make the space comfortable and welcoming.

This is a stunning place, so atmospheric, unique. It's like you're in a fabulous manul's home. Unusual, cozy and calm. The waiter Dmitry is a real professional, he told us about the dishes in such an interesting way and helped us choose. They cook well, quickly, and have many unusual flavor combinations. The restaurant gets a solid five. We'll definitely come again.

Conceptual restaurant. The menu has a good selection, lots of meat dishes, and several specialties. The staff is qualified, polite, and attentive.

A good place for both connoisseurs of delicious food and those who like to post photos on social networks. An atmospheric place with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. You enter the restaurant and feel that you are welcome here - this is already a huge plus for the establishment. They cook well, from what we ordered, my friends and I liked everything. The check is above average, but the restaurant is worth its money, in my opinion.

Atmospheric, stylish design - from the decoration of the hall and serving of dishes to the entrance area and toilet. The administrator responded very quickly to the request to adjust the ventilation - at first it was very drafty, but they adjusted it to a comfortable level. An interesting menu, there is something to choose for every taste. The tea menu is small, and the alcoholic drinks are diverse, including liqueurs. The waiter knew the composition, history and features of each dish in detail, almost like a gastronomic tour guide. A compliment from the establishment - three types of home-baked bread and a barrel-salted cucumber (in the photo). We really liked the celery root mousse with pine nuts, the cabbage pie from the Old Believers, Siberian dumplings and Chinook salmon with cedar porridge (photo). Of the desserts - an unusual Borodinsky cheesecake. The price tag is above average, but for special occasions it is adequate to the atmosphere, quality of food and service.

Medovik is the highest class, a magnificent dish in which the sweetness of the cakes and caramel topping is set off by hay ice cream. Shchi and baked potatoes also took their place in the heart. Waiters, interior, general style - this is "Aurus" among Moscow restaurants

Restaurant MANUL. Cuisine of the peoples of Siberia. A very large selection of unusual dishes. The aromas are coniferous, berry, baked, and simply incredible. I have elk stroganina, chinook salmon with nettles and, I think, wild garlic, and for dessert, honey cake with honey chips, lemongrass topping, and hay ice cream. With herbal tea together, THAT'S SIMPLE HOW IT SHOULD BE.

I really liked the place. I've been to many places in Siberia in the last year. The atmosphere was conveyed here. Simple minimalist aesthetics of the dishes, precisely verified taste. For example, they added saffron milk cap oil to the elk tartare and it was a real taste orgasm. Very tasty and unusual ice cream - I took sour cream-hay and also ice cream from Sayan tea, which came in a dessert basket. I couldn't decide which one was tastier, I liked both. Good service. When the place is full, the food arrives fairly quickly.

A place with character: stylish interior, cool background music. The food is delicious, especially stroganina, and lamb tongue - tender, soft and very unusually decorated. The service is fast, the waiters are polite and attentive. They also hold interesting events here, I haven't been to any yet, but I plan to correct this misunderstanding soon.
