UCHIWA is a kaiseki restaurant serving Japanese cuisine. The name "UCHIWA" translates to "fan" and its roots go back to the Edo period, when samurai were inspired by the patterns of crab shells, which resembled the face of a warrior in anger.
UCHIWA Restaurant offers two special sets: "Japanese Delicacies" and "Samurai Crab", each of which opens the door to the amazing world of Japanese culinary culture. The "Japanese Delicacies" set consists of ten different dishes, demonstrating the unique tastes and stories of selected ingredients. In this set, you will find such delicacies as tender wagyu meat, exquisite king prawns, fatty toro tuna, spicy anago eel and many other gastronomic masterpieces.
The Samurai Crab menu at UCHIWA offers a unique kaiseki journey with a focus on king crab and snow crab dishes, allowing diners to watch the artful preparation process that follows strict Japanese culinary traditions.
