Representatives of the Commonwealth Partnership report: "It's safe to say that Moscow-City has managed to hold its own for now. However, this should be viewed as temporary, as the situation regarding the optimization of space for foreign companies that have decided to close their previous offices in Russia and leave the domestic market, as well as the interest of government agencies and new Russian IT companies in this location, will only become clearer at the end of this year."
CMWP also reported that several new projects are planned for Moscow City in late 2022 and early 2023. These include Moscow Towers and Capital Towers. This could impact the cluster's balance of power. According to the company's forecast, the prices of projects not considered market leaders will decline faster, while the new towers will be among the most successful projects.
