Conditions for obtaining Prime status
To receive Prime status, a business center must meet 28 mandatory and 13 additional criteria. The Naberezhnaya Tower meets 26 mandatory and 12 additional requirements. Key factors include location within the Third Transport Ring (TTK), the Moscow-City business district, and the Leningradsky Business Corridor, as well as a single owner and compliance with strict technical standards.

This classification, which has not been updated since 2013, now takes into account the modern requirements and expectations of tenants and investors, dividing office properties into four classes: Prime, A, B+, and B-.
