Conditions for obtaining Prime status
To receive Prime status, a business center must meet 28 mandatory and 13 additional criteria. The Naberezhnaya Tower meets 26 mandatory and 12 additional requirements. Key factors include location within the Third Transport Ring (TTK), the Moscow-City business district, and the Leningradsky Business Corridor, as well as a single owner and compliance with strict technical standards.
