In 2019, construction began on a 107-story, 444-meter-tall residential skyscraper on the site of the future One Tower project. Designed by Sergei Skuratov's office, the project was financed by Mosinzhproekt Holding and constructed by Investprofi (Capital Group). In 2020, after spending over 9.4 billion rubles, construction was halted at the excavation stage.
Change of Ownership
In November 2023, MR Group, through its affiliated legal entity Epsilon, acquired 100% of Mip-City, which owns a 0.8-hectare plot of land at 1st Krasnogvardeisky Proezd. Experts estimate the development area to be approximately 295,000-305,000 square meters, of which 125,000-140,000 square meters will be residential.
