I bought a VIP membership in this fitness club and regretted it (a deposit card for 350tr). The attitude of the managers towards the client is terrible. I receive write-offs to my email from my deposit card for non-existent services. The sales manager throws up her hands and says that this is not her area of responsibility. The service manager who should answer these questions has been gone for half a year and they cannot find a new one. The manager fed me with promises that he would sort everything out, and then disappeared for 2 months and ignores messages. Now I have received write-offs again for 2.5 thousand rubles for unknown services. They are silent about the previous write-off, whether they will answer about the new one, only God knows. If you want to face complete disregard and rudeness, when they start writing off your prepaid money for nothing - this is the fitness center for you :)
Indifferent arrogant staff, hammam often not working, 1 toilet, problems with water drainage in the shower I bought season tickets before the opening for 45 thousand. We were looking forward to the opening, but were disappointed: 1) swimming pool. Only 2 lanes. The short one is always occupied by individual or children's lessons. The second one is 50 meters long, but very narrow. And if several people are swimming, it is very inconvenient. I can imagine what happens here during "rush hour". The bottom of the pool is covered in stains and traces - apparently they are still there from the construction site.
