On November 14, the TUTTO BENE restaurant invites its guests to a unique gastronomic dinner with the participation of the Nizhny Novgorod project "Kusto" (WHERETOEAT Center 2023 and 2024).
This evening, TUTTO BENE reimagines Fish Thursday, offering a four-handed dinner where the mastery of chefs Ernesto de Marco (TUTTO BENE) and Dmitry Danilov (Cousteau) will meet. The menu of six exquisite dishes combines the flavors of wild fish and seafood from the Northern Seas and the Far East, which earned Cousteau the title of best restaurant according to WHERETOEAT two years in a row.
Guests will be offered delicacies such as:
- Black Cod in Zucchini with Fresh Mint by Ernesto de Marco
- Murmansk salmon crudo with ponzu-wasabi sauce, tomatoes and yuzu sesame seeds by Dmitry Danilov
- Pasta with crab and pumpkin seeds (Ernesto de Marco)
- Layered pie with rapana, morels, vegetable consommé and cheddar cheese (Dmitry Danilov)
- Red mullet and red shrimp roll with scamorza cheese sauce (Ernesto de Marco)
- And the exquisite dessert "Pearl" from Dmitry Danilov
The set costs 7,000₽. With wine accompaniment from chief sommelier Vladimir Antonenko — 11,500₽.
