Hitrovka on Pevchesky Lane is a restaurant with a beautiful view of the city center and a summer barbecue terrace, located in the hotel of the same name. The restaurant serves dishes inspired by European and Russian cuisines, as well as breakfast and business lunches.
The restaurant’s concise menu includes appetizers such as Italian bruschetta and Danish open-faced sandwiches. For main courses, they prepare braised veal cheeks or baked salmon fillets.
Breakfast is served buffet-style and includes dishes from the à la carte menu. The restaurant offers a selection of spirits, such as sherry and rum, as well as cocktails. Signature tea beverages are brewed using ripe berries and ginger.
The interior is designed in an elegant, classic style with references to European classics: light pastel tones, Viennese chairs with beige-and-red stripes, paintings on the walls, heavy drapes, and sheer, flowing curtains on the windows.
