Mume
Mume is a new panoramic restaurant of Chinese imperial cuisine on Presnenskaya Embankment, located on the 90th floor of the Federation Tower.
The interior, created by Singaporean agency Hot design folks, impresses with panoramic windows, bright stained glass windows and futuristic furniture. Two elegant VIP rooms offer unique atmospheres for traditional dinners and gala lunches.
Here, Michelin-starred chef Jacky Wu brings Cantonese cuisine to life in a new light. Drawing on his extensive experience in renowned Asian restaurants, the menu includes crispy dishes such as shrimp and caviar toast, deep-fried eggplant and charcoal tofu.
The Barbecued section deserves special attention, including the famous Peking duck, served in three versions: classic duck, toast with duck skin and mango, and duck mince fried in a wok.
The restaurant's signature dish is dim sum with a variety of fillings, including shrimp, pork, beef with black caviar, and scallops. They can be steamed or fried until golden brown.
For a complete immersion into Hong Kong cuisine, a 12-course set presentation is offered, focusing on fish and seafood, reflecting the coastal origins of Cantonese cuisine. The name "Renaissance" symbolizes the wild plum blossoming in the winter frost, and promises a unique culinary experience.
