For Chef Ernesto de Marco of TUTTO BENE restaurant, summer is a time for fresh, juicy and sunny flavours, as well as cooling dishes. All this is embodied in his new seasonal menu.
The appetizer section features red Sicilian shrimp with stracciatella (1,680₽). Among the salads, there are three options to choose from: with pearl barley, vegetables and mini squid (980₽), a variation on the Niçoise theme with tuna and anchovies (1,480₽) and a salad with roast beef (980₽). Following summer traditions, Ernesto de Marco has included cold soups in the menu: tomato (880₽) and tomato with crab (1,380₽). The main course is an unusual cold pasta with ricotta, pistachios and sun-dried tomatoes (1,480₽).

Part of the seasonal menu is dedicated to chanterelles. These mushrooms are added to a green salad with duck (1080₽), risotto (1380₽), pizza (1480₽) and sea bass with porcini mushrooms (1480₽).
