The New “Ceretto More”: Everything You Wanted to Know About Fish<br />
—King Crab and Magadan Shrimp, Muksun Stroganina and Scallop Ceviche, Fish Soup with Baked Potatoes and Tom Yam with Shrimp, spaghetti with vongole and pike cutlets, spring rolls with eel, and tandoori halibut—the new “Cheretto More” restaurant was created to ensure that guests have no more questions about fish.<br />

Witty Muscovites have come up with a humorous saying that “Moscow is the port of the five seas.” Or even seven. But the math doesn’t change the fact that Moscow is catastrophically lacking in both sea and surf; fish don’t wash up on the shore, and muscular fishermen don’t haul in nets. To compensate for Moscow’s categorical lack of a sea, Vladimir Sidorov, the head chef of the new restaurant “Ceretto More,” has created a menu featuring the world’s top culinary hits—vibrant, juicy, and delicious.<br />

The new restaurant is housed in a historic Old Moscow mansion on Pyatnitskaya Street. The perfectly proportioned dining rooms, high ceilings, and panoramic windows provide an excellent backdrop for showcasing seafood cuisine.
