Under the direction of Moscow Deputy Mayor Andrey Bochkarev, the project is expected to be completed in 2025. It comprises two office buildings connected by an eight-story stylobate. The primary focus is on installing the translucent structures of the stylobate and atrium, as well as the exterior finishes of one of the office buildings. Visual concept and aesthetic significance
Moscow's Chief Architect, Sergey Kuznetsov, emphasized that the atrium dome will be made of completely transparent glass, allowing maximum light penetration into the interior and creating a feeling of openness and spaciousness. Furthermore, the buildings' architectural design will feature distinctive red accents, giving the entire complex a modern and dynamic appearance.
Integration into the urban structure
The iCITY business complex, covering a total area of 230,000 square meters, is under construction on Shmitovsky Proyezd in the Presnensky District. The developer, MR Group, is implementing the project in line with the latest trends in urban planning and aims to create a space that blends harmoniously with the surrounding urban environment and meets the needs of a modern metropolis.
