2017. The Federation Tower project is fully completed

On November 15, 2017, the construction of the 374-meter-high Federation Tower complex was fully completed. The International Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) recognized it as the tallest skyscraper in Europe for 2017. The skyscrapers stand on a slab of 14 cubic meters of concrete, a fact that is included in the Guinness Book of Records. |

2025. The One Tower residential complex project has been approved

MR Group announced an updated concept for the One Tower residential complex on the first site of Moscow City. Two towers up to 91 storeys high will be connected by a glass bridge. The project was developed by Sergey Kuznetsov and the GENPRO bureau. |
