Prices per square meter for these lots reach up to 1.5 million rubles, with the minimum price for apartments reaching approximately 400 million rubles. The analysts counted a total of 30 lots—the supply remained unchanged from last year.
Some of the properties are penthouses, with a minimum price of 450 million rubles. Their main feature is their luxury finishes, which can cost over $5,000, while for standard apartments this price rarely exceeds $2,000. This is due to the use of premium materials, technologies, and equipment.
In 2021, more luxury properties and penthouses are expected to be listed for sale in the early stages of development and finishing, whereas previously they were the last to become available. This is likely due to a decline in demand for luxury, exclusive properties.
