A modern Class A business center will be built on the site of the former Krasnaya Presnya vegetable warehouse. The 13-story complex, with a total floor area of 30,430 square meters, will be located at 2nd Khoroshevsky Proezd, Building 7, Buildings 8 and 9.
The project is being implemented by Sezar Group, which is actively transforming the vegetable warehouse site. In addition to the business center, the developer is already completing the Sezar City residential complex and is preparing to launch another large-scale project, the Sezar Future residential complex.
The new business center is already up for sale in its entirety. Its price is expected to reach 16.4 billion rubles. The complex will feature modern architectural solutions, cutting-edge engineering infrastructure, and a convenient location near Moscow's key transportation arteries.
According to Sezar Group representatives, the project aims to meet the growing demand for high-quality office space in the Moscow region. The project places particular emphasis on the building's environmental friendliness and energy efficiency.
The facility is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026. The complex is expected to become part of the capital's dynamically developing business infrastructure, attracting the attention of major Russian and international companies.
