The Moscow-City business center is growing – construction of a new skyscraper with a total usable area of over 180,000 square meters has been announced. The project is already in the public consultation stage, and development of Sector 20 will proceed accordingly. The multifunctional complex will rise to a height of 228 meters. The actual owner of the land under construction is Jamister Investments Limited, a company registered in Cyprus.
Groundbreaking for the 1Tower skyscraper took place earlier in February 2021. The plan calls for a portion of the building to be dedicated to residential apartments, a large fitness center, a children's play and development center, restaurants, and shopping arcades.
City Development will receive an additional one and a half billion rubles from a firm owned by Alisher Usmanov to implement current projects.
